MATE 3021 Homework
Homework is to be kept in one single notebook, of size 8--10 in. Your
name and course should appear on the outside cover - for this, you may
use transparent tape. There will be five collections in total.
Homework problems are graded not simply for the correct answer, but
for carefully showing the steps. I will sometime ask you to redo some
problems; to help me find the new version, number the pages. Also,
refer to the problems by their posted number, not the one in the
text. For example, problem number 23 is numbered twenty-three, even
though it is exercise one of section 3.4
- Homework 1 due Feb 15: problems 1--20.
- Homework 2 due Mar 7: problems 21--35, and any problems which I
asked you to redo.
- Homework 3 due Apr 11: problems 1--67.
- Homework 4 due May 7: problems 1--90.
