The address is: http://webwork.uprm.edu/webwork2/MATE_3021_Robert_Acar . Your login name is your student ID, and your password, which you are advised to change from "User settings", is initially set to your student ID.
A good introduction to using the software is found here: webwork.maa.org/wiki . Note the function of the "preview answer" button: it allows you to check that the syntax is correct.
