- Policy on attendance Students are required to
attend all lectures. The penalty for unexcused absences is:

In addition to regular quizzes, there will be pop quizzes. They are the
means by which I record attendance.
No use of cell phones in class, including texting, is allowed under any
circumstance. Cell phones are to remain tucked in bags.
